Phone Sex is for Normal Guys Too
There are trends in the phone sex industry. Often it’s a jump on the bandwagon type of situation that can start out with 2 or 3 ladies and then suddenly everyone is doing it. Over time I have watched trends and fads happen all the time. The latest trend that I have seen and mostly heard about from callers is the “taboo” list. You can actually check this out yourself so it’s not a big secret.
You’ll see blogs that are nothing but keyword stuffing with a post that’s a whole paragraph long. Every post is some extreme or exotic fetish/fantasy. To me, that is not a blog, but I digress, it’s just a junky funky way to advertise. You can look at it and it just FEELS like a gimmick. Sales tactics, sure I get it. But do you get it?
It’s like fishing but with a giant net… if we put out enough lines… I bet we can catch something. Maybe it will be a big fish. I actually talked about this with a long-time client today because I’ve never promoted myself with a big net. I honestly think it is why I do well and have so many awesome callers. And when I say that, I mean it.
I’ve always just promoted myself as, well, myself. I think I sell my personality, my mind, and my creativity when you come to my website. I try to provide my real thoughts and opinions rather than junk. Of course, I use keywords and take advantage of the things WordPress (my blog platform) offers. But what I don’t want to do is just clutter up a search engine to get noticed.
I want to be original and do it my own way. And as I said I am selling me. Who knows more about me than me? If my service or my website or my calls are “original” it’s because it’s me. I don’t need a big net. I just need to be me. And FOR me, that is what works. Maybe the big “net” works well for others. But I’d rather do it my way.
The caller I mentioned earlier pointed out to me something I already knew. Men are not stupid and they can recognize these things. My callers read my entire website and tell me so all the time. This particular caller told me that when he sees the type of promotion on a website he just leaves. He said he doesn’t want to call a girl who lists herself as doing everything or has a big list of extreme fetishes. I hear it a lot.
I think I provide phone sex for the Regular Joe. You know, the guy who is married but wants some side fun without really cheating on his partner. Or the guy who recently had a bad breakup and isn’t ready to date yet but does want some connection to a female. Maybe Regular Joe is the guy who loves his wife dearly but she’s no longer into sex due to health reasons or something else. Maybe the Regular Joe is the guy who accidentally finds his way here to my website and has NEVER called a phone sex service before.
Whatever regular Joe’s reasons are for calling me…. he can do it, and still, feel “normal”. He doesn’t have to feel like a creep calling someone with a long list of fetishes or fantasies that may offend his intellectual sensibilities. The majority of my callers reach out to me because they want to feel a connection to a female. Oh, that doesn’t mean they are not kinky little pervs. Sure they are. We ALL are behind closed doors.
