OK, I did something really weird for me today. First of all, I woke up early and felt great. Partly due to a mini warm spell we have. OK so 40 degrees is hardly warm, but after the snow and cold weather, we’ve had recently — it felt like spring. So I opened the door this morning and I could smell spring in the air and I threw on some really frumpy sweats and went for a walk…LIKE AN OLD WOMAN.

When it comes to exercise I don’t try to kill myself, instead, I do yoga. First of all, it’s an ancient and modern way to sculpt your body. You can take it as far as you want to — either keeping tone or building muscles. I, personally, do not like the look of a woman all worked out … just looks gross to me since I feel women are supposed to be soft and feminine.

Another great benefit of yoga is flexibility. I can get into positions that non-yoga people can’t. Do you get my meaning? Uh yes, it’s about sex and of course, it is.

So that was my morning — walking with the old women.
